Betting Glossary
New to online betting and casino? Reading through the common terms below will make any game or market easier to understand.
Asian Handicap
A virtual head start in goals or runs is given to the weaker team to level the playing field between the two sides, which removes the draw market and makes the bet more straightforward.
Over-Under / Totals
You choose whether the total runs, goals or points in a match will be above or below a set number — the performance of both teams is considered together.
Odds Formats
The same value can be written three ways: decimal (e.g. 2.50), fractional (e.g. 3/2) and American (e.g. +150). Decimal is the simplest — multiply it directly by your stake to get the total return.
RTP (Return to Player)
The theoretical percentage of total stakes that a slot or casino game returns to players over the long run — a higher RTP means a comparatively better return for the player.
House Edge
The mathematical advantage the casino holds in every game, which is the flip side of RTP — for example, a 96% RTP means a 4% house edge.
Wagering Requirement
Determines how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn — the wagering requirement on the bk11 knife welcome bonus is 20x.
Live Dealer Casino
Play Baccarat, Roulette or Blackjack with a dealer broadcast live on camera — the real casino atmosphere from home.
Slot Volatility
High volatility slots pay out large wins less often but in larger amounts at once; low volatility slots pay out smaller wins more frequently.
Progressive Jackpot
A portion of each player's stake accumulates into a large prize pool, which is won by someone who meets a specific condition.
Cashback
A set percentage of net losses over a given period is returned to you — bk11 knife VIP members receive weekly cashback.
VIP Loyalty Program
Playing regularly at bk11 knife automatically moves you up through our three-tier VIP program. The weekly cashback benefit increases at each tier.

Jackpot Games
Progressive Jackpot Slots
A portion of every bet goes into a large prize pool. Landing a specific combination or triggering a bonus round can win you the entire pool.
Fishing Game Jackpot
Catching special large fish or boss characters triggers bonus multipliers and the jackpot. JILI and CQ9 fishing games feature this type of mechanic.
Live Casino Side-Bet Jackpot
Placing bets on side-bet markets alongside Baccarat or Roulette gives you access to a separate jackpot pool.
Multi-Level Jackpot Slots
From small to large — multiple jackpot tiers exist; any spin can trigger a prize at any level.
To see all jackpot slots and games together, visit our Jackpot Slot Collection page.
Betting Exchange
On a standard sportsbook you bet at odds set by the operator. On a betting exchange you bet directly against other players — the players set the market, not the operator. This often makes the odds more competitive. However, the exchange takes a commission on each winning bet.
There are two roles on the exchange: Back (betting for a particular outcome) and Lay (betting against a particular outcome).
BACK Team A: ৳1,000 stake — if Team A wins you profit ৳800 (before commission); if Team A does not win you lose ৳1,000.
LAY Team A: against a backer's stake of ৳1,000 — your liability is ৳800 (৳1,000 × 0.80); if Team A does not win you receive ৳1,000 before commission; if Team A wins you pay ৳800.
